BNG Partner Announcement
We are delighted to share that, effective January 5, 2026, Keith Agnew and Kyle Decleir have become Partners of BNG!

This is a significant and well-earned career milestone for both. Their promotions reflect years of exceptional service, technical expertise, and genuine dedication to our clients, our team, and BNG’s future. Keith and Kyle have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to BNG’s values and significantly contributed to our culture. We are proud to have them represent BNG in their new capacity as owners.
While many of you may have worked with Keith and Kyle for years, here is some background on each of our new Partners:
Since joining BNG in 2015, Keith has progressed from Team Accountant to Senior Team Manager through continuous development of his technical expertise and a genuine dedication to supporting both clients and colleagues. He earned his CPA designation in February 2020 and built a reputation as a trusted advisor, particularly to small and medium-sized, owner-managed businesses. A graduate of the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, Keith brings business insights as well as accounting and planning skills to our client base. Keith’s thoughtful approach to mentorship, desire to share his knowledge, and positive management style are appreciated by all of us. Keith is also an active member of our community, serving on the board of the Tillsonburg District Chamber of Commerce. Keith enjoys spending time with family, participating in sports, and reading.
Kyle joined BNG in August 2011 as a Team Accountant and has steadily grown in responsibility and impact. Raised on a tobacco farm near Langton, Ontario, Kyle brings valuable firsthand insight to our agri-business clients. He combines this experience with his academic background—an Honours Bachelor of Sport Management from Brock University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University—to help clients navigate government programs and build stronger businesses. Kyle received his CA, CPA designation in 2014 and then had a brief stint as a Program Auditor with Agricorp starting in 2015 before returning to BNG in 2018. Kyle is very adept at team building and supporting all members of the organization with his strong base of experience; he leads by example. Outside the office, Kyle enjoys hockey, golf, football, and time with his family. He serves on the board of the Delhi & District Chamber of Commerce and volunteers as a coach with both the Langton Minor Hockey Association and the Delhi - Norwich 59ers Rep Hockey Association.
We are proud to welcome Keith and Kyle as Partners and look forward to their continued leadership at BNG. Congratulations to both on this outstanding achievement!
