To our valued clients,
With the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 virus, BNG is working to help protect the health and safety of both our clients and our team members in accordance with public safety guidelines. We are taking certain measures in a concerted effort to slow and contain the spread of the virus.
Effective Wednesday March 18th, full entry to our offices will be temporarily closed to anyone who does not have a scheduled appointment, in order to limit physical contact overall. In addition to enhanced basic hygiene (handwashing, sanitizing of surfaces, don’t shake hands, etc.), healthcare officials are emphasizing the need for social distancing (avoiding unnecessary contact with people) as one of the strongest tools we have right now. With that said, we are always here for you – we’ll just be doing things a little differently for the time being.
Please do NOT enter our offices if:
- You have a cough or fever or shortness of breath (or have in the last 7 days)
- You have travelled out of the country in the past 14 days
- You have been exposed to anyone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19
RECEPTION - we are implementing ‘social distancing’ practices including a secure drop-off area within each office where clients can leave documents for processing. Drop boxes have been set-up in the foyers of our offices for you to leave your information. Your documents will be picked up immediately to protect your confidentiality and directed to the appropriate individual for processing. You will be contacted should we require any clarification of information and will be notified when your documents are ready. We will be using email or regular mail to send any documents that require your signature or authorization to file any necessary forms on your behalf.
MEETINGS – as a precaution, in-person meetings are generally being avoided until further notice. The need for individual client meetings will be assessed and conducted on a case-by-case basis. We will use convenient alternatives such as telephone discussions or on-line meetings to meet your needs.
If you have a question or wish to discuss any matter with us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call any of our offices at the following contact numbers:
- Tillsonburg: 519 842-4263
- Woodstock: 519 539-4717
- Delhi: 519 582-1260
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will keep you updated on any developments.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Stay healthy – The BNG Team
