BNG is seeking a professional, energetic and client-focused Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team full-time. This is a key role in our firm as it is a frequent and supportive point of contact for our clients. We refer to this position as the Director of First Impressions. The successful candidate will have experience in reception, customer service and office administration. General bookkeeping experience is an asset.

A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered. The position is based in Woodstock, Ontario.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The Director, First Impressions serves as a first point of contact for all client enquiries, whether they are in person, on the phone or via email. This role contributes to the smooth and efficient operations of the office in a number of ways: through general reception duties, assisting in assembling client materials, invoicing, payment processing, and other administrative support as may be required. BNG is seeking an experienced and energetic Payroll / Office Administrator to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. This is a multi-faceted role in our firm and requires payroll and benefits administration experience as well as general office administration. A basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping would be an asset. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll processing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general administration. He or she will have a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professional discretion in dealing with sensitive information. Basic bookkeeping experience is an asset.

BNG is seeking conscientious, energetic and committed Team Accountants to join our team full-time effective immediately. The successful candidate will have or be in the last stages of earning a CPA designation. Non-designated Team Accountants will also be considered if they have considerable experience in public accounting.

A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered. The position is full-time with an immediate start date (flexibility will be provided as warranted). The candidate may be assigned to any of our three locations in Tillsonburg, Delhi and Woodstock.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Reporting to a Team Manager, the Team Accountant is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality public accounting services to a variety of clients, on time and on budget. The incumbent will prepare files for Notice to Reader and Review Engagements, as assigned. The successful candidate will execute assigned duties independently and will be capable of preparing files of moderate complexity after a reasonable period of training. The Team Accountant contributes to the team to meet deadlines and meet our exacting client service standards.
